Can I use Gastos Compartidos for free forever? +
Yes. The Free plan includes one shared sheet, AI agent, and all basic features. You can use it as long as you want with no commitment and no credit card required.
Do I have to pay along with my ex? +
No. Only one person needs to have the Family plan. The other participant can use the Free plan and access the shared sheet without any issues.
How does the 14-day trial work? +
When you choose the Family plan, you get 14 days of free trial without needing to enter a credit card. Try all the features. When it ends, you can decide to continue or go back to the Free plan without losing your data.
What payment methods do you accept? +
In Argentina we accept MercadoPago (card, debit, transfer). We'll enable international credit card payments coming soon.
Can I change plans anytime? +
Yes. You can upgrade your plan anytime and you'll be charged the prorated amount. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How does the Early Adopter discount work? +
Your discount is locked in for 12 months from when you subscribe to a paid plan. It applies to both monthly and annual payments. If you cancel and come back within 12 months, the original price is honored for the remaining time.
What happens if I downgrade? +
Your data is never deleted. The change takes effect at the end of your billing period. Premium plan features become read-only or adjust to the new plan's limits. If you upgrade again, everything reactivates automatically.
